are pleased to announce that CIRCOR International, Inc. has acquired the
Rockwood Swendeman product line of cryogenic safety relief valves.
These high quality products are designed for cryogenic and
industrial gas applications. The
Rockwood Swendeman product offering consist of their RXSO, RXSO-S, RSL
and RDV valves for gas and liquid services, as well as their exclusive
Cryotreeâ
combination manifold. The
addition of these products will allow us to expand our presence in the
industrial gas market. HISTORY For
over 50 years Rockwood Swendeman has been a world leader in the design,
manufacture and assembly of cryogenic safety relief valves and 3-way
diverting valves for the industrial gas industry.
The company has a long-standing reputation for delivering the

PENETRATION With work
underway to substantially broaden our product offering, Rockwood Swendeman

including South Africa, Malaysia, Israel, China, Canada, and Brazil.

Rockwood Swendeman is ASME
and TUV accredited. In fact, we were
the first
American safety
relief valve
manufacturer to
receive a TUV certification (European manufacturing and
assembly certification). This
certification has opened the doors to additional European markets.
We are a member of the Compressed Gas Association (CGA), a trade
association for compressed gas service.
Our valves are manufactured to the specifications of the globally
accepted ASME and Merkblatt codes and
meet the following specifications:

Rockwood
Swendeman safety relief valves have set pressures up to 400 psig (27.5
BAR) and are used with temperatures ranging from -423° to +400 °Farenheit.
Each valve is set, tested, retested, and sealed at the factory to
the customer's specifications. This product line is now available to you at special reseller price levels and, because Rockwood Swendeman does not have a representative network in the marketplace, we see a tremendous opportunity for all our sales Representatives to sell these high quality products to their existing customer base.
